this was very helpful. I almost didn't click on the title b/c I thought it was just going to be about "vomiting out your thoughts. One thing I noticed though is that it tends to be very cognitive and goal directed... one of the most helpful aspects of journaling for me is getting in touch with all my different parts...so I ask these questions in my journal (even though it's not technically correct): How is my mind feeling? my heart feeling? my soul feeling? my body feeling? And also my journal is a place for dreaming and visioning.... for no pressure dilly dallying.... yours is more of a focused workout....which I could see myself using sometimes, but I need the soft side too

I think your video is 'surprisingly' fantastic?! Just Wow. People can takw away just what would suit them and the options are broad. This video could really benefit young people (or people of any age) that have dysmorphic thoughts from becoming absorbed in social media. 'Cleans out the attic', so to speak, and journaling sustains that healthy mindset when done daily. Also, journaling was and is so significant in the healing process from a time of mourning for me. You have a great persona, btw. Loved this!!!❤✨️✨️✨️

For the artists who need to hear this: when your stuff is good, people won’t forget it. My favorite miniature artist currently can’t post a weekly video due to some personal circumstances. I think about her artworks every single day. If I haven’t seen anything pop up in a while I go check. People will remember.

My favourite failure right now is trying community services management and hating it. I graduated from collage in 2023, and got a job managing state wide healthcare program at 24. Thought I had always wanted to work in media and communications I thought I should give this ago cause it made sense with my degree. While it’s not a failure - the role has been very demanding and taken away a lot from my life and contributed to burnout. I’m scared of redirecting to communication and media because even thought I’ve only been in the workforce for a year ( I worked full time during uni) I feel like I have corned myself. But I know I haven’t - I need to let go of this job and make room for different opportunities
